A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. This project includes improvements to Dean Martin Drive between Tompkins Avenue and Sammy Davis Jr. Drive. Improvements to include pavement rehabilitation for the width of the pavement, raised medians with left turn lanes at designated intersections, complete removal and replacement of pavement markings, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements to existing substandard ramps, replacement of damaged curb gutter and sidewalk, traffic control devices, upgrades to traffic signals and replacement / installation of traffic signal loops, upgrade existing streetlight luminaries to light emitting diode (L.E.D.), utility vertical adjustments, installation of fiber optic conduits and other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete, and serviceable project within the right-of-way.
