Reference Number : 1579902 Review Title : Iroquois Dam Spillway Reconstruction and Dyke Reloading Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-22 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard would like to receive tenders for reconstruction work on the spillway and reloading of the Iroquois dam dike. Without being limiting, the works are summarized as follows: Installation of cofferdam; Water pumping and diversion; Demolition and supply and installation of a new spillway; Raising of the dike; Surface repair. As well as all related work necessary for the completion of this contract. The plans and specifications as well as the submission form can be obtained through the Electronic Tendering System. Any additional information or any inaccuracy relating to this submission may be obtained or notified by contacting Mr. Simon Prévost by email, directortp@stah.ca The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 100% is required.
