**As of April 29, 2022, project was awarded to Apollo Mechanical LLC but awarded amount is not available.** Project Scope of Work: The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor with current relevant experience in public school work that involves mechanical work. In General, the project includes a variety of mechanical scopes of work depending on the site. For Hazelbrook MS, the scope of work includes eliminating all pneumatics and upgrading to electronic direct digital controls. For Tualatin HS, the scope of work includes replacing 2 (two) condensing units and corresponding coils. For Fowler MS, the scope of work includes removing the current cooling tower and installing a new one. Controls integration is an important component of this project. The following (3) school sites are part of this project: o Hazelbrook Middle School o Tualatin High School o Fowler Middle School The complete Request for Hard Bid plus Qualifications may be reviewed at and obtained from the Tigard Tualatin School District Web-Site. The Contractor firms (and their sub-tier controls contractor) responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon Company or Team Qualifications, history/safety, firm experience, staffing qualifications, and any other evaluation criteria identified in this procurement, along with their Proposal. Attention is called to the provisions of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279. The bidder must indicate if bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005 - 701.055. The Tigard-Tualatin School District No. 23J reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that are not in compliance with all prescribed requireme. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of 2022 Mechanical Upgrades work under the 2016 Tigard Tualatin School District Bond Program at the following locations: 1.
