The project is expected to be awarded on June 20, 2022.** Fort Bend ISD (FBISD) is a K-12 public school district in Fort Bend County serving a student enrollment of over 75,000. The district currently consists of 80 campuses and multiple administrative sites. The intention of this Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) is to solicit proposals for the replacement of exterior building-mounted and site area lighting (PKG 052). FBISD is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey solution as well as upgrades to existing exterior mounted and site area lighting HID/MH with new LED lighting fixtures at multiple campuses (PKG052). The scope of work also includes but not limited to the demolition and replacement of existing athletic football stadium lights with LED at Hall Stadium. Contractor must provide customer references letter in order to receive points in the evaluation criteria section. Contractor must provide proof of pertinent experience (previous educational experience) along with documentation of successful completion of projects completed within the last 3 to 5 years with a minimum construction cost for interior K-12 exterior LED Lighting upgrades at approximately $3,000,000.
