Please post all questions to CivCast The City Council will award the contract as provided in the Invitation to Bid. The City of Sugar Land will give notice of the contract award within ninety (90) calendar days after the opening date and time. The project scope is to renovate a portion of the offices and fitness center of the second floor of an existing building to serve as offices for the existing business-occupancy tenant. The scope of work is approximately 2200 square feet and shall include selective demolition of the existing interior fitout space to coordinate with the new plans. The scope of work does not alter the existing building exterior skin, existing building height, existing building area, existing building exit access/ exit stairs/ exit discharge configuration, or capacity. Nor does this project change the occupancy classification and use group.
