For the following : COVENTRY ESTATES SUBDIVISION ROADWAYS REHABILITATION PROJECT PHASE 2 - SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE Bids are invited for the Subsurface Drainage System for Coventry Estates. All Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft payable to the order of The City of DIberville, Mississippi, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, must be submitted in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. All Bids submitted in excess of $50,000.00 by a prime or subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance or related work, must comply with Section 31-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972, by having a current Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Public Contractors. The scope of work for this project shall require a Contractor to be classified in the following category: Municipal and Public Work or Highway Street and Bridge Construction. The current Certificate of Responsibility Number shall be indicated on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope in order to be opened. All Bids submitted for $50,000 or less shall be so marked on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope. The City of DIberville reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to award said bid in the best interest of the City. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. beginning on the southwest side at the northern intersection of Winsor Place and Camelot Drive thence run south and west along the west and north side of Camelot Drive to the southern intersection of Winsor Place and Camelot Drive, thence run north along the east side of Winsor Place to the intersection with Winsor Cove then run east and west around Winsor Cove to the intersection with Winsor Place thence run north along the east side of Winsor Place to the point of beginning. Total length is approximately 3,700 feet along the backside of the curb. Also, at 3 curb inlet locations on the outside of Winsor Place and Camelot Drive install 300 feet on both sides of the curb inlet for a total of approximately 5,500 feet. All driveways will be saw cut once approximately two feet from the curb joint, concrete will be removed, and replaced once French Drain is installed. All disturbed grass areas will be refurbished with sod.
