Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee for an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the tender. The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond established in the name of the Municipality of Sainte-Gervais or by an irrevocable letter of guarantee. In addition, tenders must be accompanied by all the documents required by the tender documents. The awarding of the contract should take place, if necessary, during the regular meeting to be held on April 5, 2022.
