Reference Number : AB-2022-01570 Big Lakes County seeks quotations from interested parties for the following: Supply of Two (2) New Motor Graders The failure to comply with any aspect of this RFQ (either in a material way or otherwise), shall render the Proponent subject to such actions as may be determined by the County, including disqualification from the RFQ process, suspension from the RFQ process and/or imposition of conditions which must be complied with before the Proponent will have its privilege of submitting a Quotation reinstated. The law to be applied in respect of this RFQ shall be the law of the Province of Alberta and all civil actions commenced in relation to this RFQ shall be adjudicated by the Courts of the Province of Alberta. By submitting a Quotation, the Proponent is deemed to have agreed to attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Alberta. Big Lakes County reserves the right, in its sole unfettered discretion, to reject or accept any Quotation, including the right to reject all Quotations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any Quotation which is incomplete, obscure, irregular, non-compliant, conditional or fails to complete the information required in the Quotation may at Big Lakes County's sole unfettered discretion be rejected or accepted.
