Site work for a civil project in High Prairie, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Bridge File 77445 (SE 17-73-19-W5M), 23 km north of Sunset House, on a local road. The work includes the removal and disposal of the existing 2032 x 2240 mm SPCSP culvert and replacement with a new 3050 mm x 44.50 m SPCSP culvert (4 mm plate thickness). Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing 2032 x 2240 mm x 30.5 m SPCSP culvert and replacement with a new 3050 mm x 44.50 m SPCSP culvert. The crossing is located on Township Road 732 over a Tributary to Stony Creek, 37 km southwest of High Prairie. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following: Traffic Accommodation for Bridge Construction Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Testing Water Management Demolition and Disposal of the Existing Culvert Excavation - Structural Additional Sub-Excavation (Deletable) Supply and Install Ballast Rock (Deletable) Supply and Install Additional Clay (Deletable) SPCSP Supply and Assembly Backfill Concrete End Treatment Roadway Work Supply and Install Heavy Rock Riprap (Class 1) Supply and Install Erosion Control Barrier (Straw Rolls) Supply and Install Erosion Control Barrier (Silt Fence) Supply and Install Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C) Supply and Install Class 1M Rock Ditch Drains Fish Capture and Release (Deletable)
