The Department of Children and Families (Department), Northeast Florida State Hospital (NEFSH) is issuing this solicitation in search of a qualified vendor or vendors (hereafter referred to as Vendor) with the capacity to provide all functions related to the provision of Environmental Housekeeping Services including staff, equipment, and cleaning supplies. These services may be performed by a partnership of professionals, which allows for the capability to meet the required service expectations of this ITB. Northeast Florida State Hospital is an inpatient mental health facility, comprised of a 613-bed facility, including 52 Buildings (20 Resident Living Areas and 32 Administrative and Ancillary Buildings), all inclusive of 618,178 square footage. Any person interested in submitting a bid must comply with any and all terms and conditions described in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The anticipated start date of the resulting contract is September 1, 2021. The anticipated duration of the contract is three (3) years after the start of service.
