Renovation of a multi-residential development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

General bids will be rejected unless a Bid Deposit is included that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the total bid amount and made payable to the New Bedford Housing Authority. There is no Pre-Bid Conference. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the contract total.The successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of at least fifty percent (50%) The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and to award the contracts to one or more vendors if it be in the best interest of the Authority to do so. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids if it be in the public interest to do so.
