Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hampden Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project generally consists of approximately 212,000 yd2 of street resurfacing in Hampden Township and associated infrastructure repairs. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. It is anticipated that the project cost is at least $25,000, therefore Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
