Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Tunkhannock Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Tunkhannock Township will receive sealed bids for a contract for the following proposed work within the Township. The Scope of Work under the proposed contract will be for the building of a salt shed, obtaining all required permits and construction of the salt shed. The completion date for this project is anticipated to be no later than October 31, 2022.A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, or cash in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amounts bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performances and payment bond or bonds in the amount of not less than one hundred (100%) of the award contract amount.PA Prevailing wages will apply. Tunkhannock Township Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bid or parts thereof, to waive any technicalities in bidding, and to award a contract it deems in the best interest of Tunkhannock.
