Reference number : 1580482 Review Title : Municipal warehouse construction contract Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The municipality of Saint-Louis (hereinafter, the Municipality) is requesting tenders for the conclusion of a contract for the construction of a municipal warehouse on lot 5 805 234 of the cadastre of Quebec, registration division of Richelieu, in order to to store its vehicles, equipment and materials from the Public Works Department there. The choice of the successful tenderer is made following the recommendations of a selection committee, according to the evaluation criteria described in the tender documents. All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and at the toll-free number 1 866 669-7326 for residents living outside. Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. Start date : 15 May 2022 duration : 20 weeks
