Renovation of a fire / police facility in Greenlawn, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Board of Fire Commissioners of the Greenlawn Fire District, sealed bids for the removal and replacement of eight (8) Overhead Garage Doors with lift motors at the main firehouse of the Green - lawn Fire District A bid bond in the amount of ten of the bid Price for a bank check for that same amount shall be required of all bidders. Bidders are ad - vised that this is a public works project, subject to the prevailing wage laws of the state. The contract for the above item will be awarded by the Board of Fire Commissioners to the lowest responsible bidder. Incases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Board of Fire Commissioners may award the contract to either of such bidders. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and/or re advertise for new bids in its discretion and/or to waive any informality in any bid which it deems immaterial in nature. No bids may be withdrawn by any bidder for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of bid opening.
