A deposit of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for each set of drawings and specifications will be required, with check made payable to Derry Area School District which will be sent to Accu-copy Reprographics Additional sets may be obtained upon payment of the costs of reproduction and handling, minimum charge Fifty dollars ( $50.00 for each additional set. A separate non-refundable check in the minimum estimated amount of $50.00 is required for each set to cover shipping and handling charges if mailing is requested. A certified check, bid bond or a combination of both totaling an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to the Derry Area School District, must accompany each bid. The right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informalities in the same, is reserved by the Derry Area School District. Owner anticipates awarding Contracts within thirty (30) days of the bid opening. No bona fide proposals shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All proposals shall be clearly marked with contractor name and Prime Contract number and name. Written questions will be accepted through Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at the office of Axis Architecture, P.C., 2328 Pitcairn Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15146.
