Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project encompasses a base bid and alternates across 3 different areas in New Cumberland Borough and generally includes: Milling, base repair, pavement fabric membrane, leveling course, and wearing course overlay, along with upgrading curb ramps in the project area to meet current standards.Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10% All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBID in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.The estimated cost of this project is greater than One-hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. New Cumberland Boroughreserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of New Cumberland Borough, and to reject any or all proposals.
