Project site is located at James P. Fugate Administration Building (Auburn School District), 915 Fourth Street NE, Auburn, WA 98002. Scope : Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Grubbing & Clearing, Fire Hydrant, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Landscaping. TESC measures; tree removal, clearing and grubbing site; rockery wall demolition; grading; asphalt and concrete demolition, patching and striping; concrete curbs, walkways, ramps and landings; metal railings; water main extension and fire hydrant; storm drainage system; and landscaping. PROJECT SCHEDULE AND TIME OF COMPLETION A. Contractor may begin work at the site starting on the date of the Notice to Proceed. B. Grading for the footing pad for the portable building shall be Substantially Complete on or before Friday, May 27, 2022. C. Modern Building Systems will construct the concrete footings and foundation walls, deliver the portable building to the site, and install it on the foundation between Tuesday, May 31, 2022, and Friday, June 17, 2022. D. Finish grading around the relocated portable building shall start on Monday, June 20, 2022, and shall be Substantially Complete on or before Friday, July 1, 2022. E. The Work of this Contract shall be Substantially Complete on or before Friday, July 29, 2022. F. The Contractor shall achieve Final Acceptance not later than 30 days after the date of Substantial Completion.
