From qualified contractors to prepare a Surface Lot Condition Assessment, Maintenance & Repair Plan, and Maintenance & Repair Budget for five surface public parking lots, three employee and guest surface lots, and one surface storage lot. All proposals must be clearly labeled: o City of Auburn - Clerk's Office Attn: Shawn Campbell 25 West Main Street Auburn, WA 98001 : Proposers are to raise procedural questions about the RFP (questions about due date, submission methods, submission format, etc.) to the Bid Administrator by email. Technical questions (those concerning the RFP specifications, the scope of work, etc.) shall be e-mailed to the Procuring Agency. The City reserves the right to make an award without further discussion of the fee proposal submitted. Therefore, the Proposer should submit the fee proposal on the most favorable terms they can offer. This does not however, limit the City from negotiating with the selected Proposer.
