Provide all labor, material, equipment, and permits to construct raceway supply replacement, D-Box 2 expansion, modify existing fine settling pond, expand reuse system, and fish release modifications at the Department's Soos Creek Hatchery, located at 13030 SE Auburn-Black, Washington, in King County. To accommodate hatchery production, Substantial Completion for Bid Items 1, 3, 4, and 5 shallbe achieved by August 31, 2022. Substantial Completion for Bid Item 2 shall be September 30, 2022.
