Demolition, site work and addition to an industrial development in Beckley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a industrial development; for the demolition of a industrial development; and for site work for a industrial development.
The work will consist of the construction of a passive acid mine drainage treatment a system including settling ponds, flushing limestone leach beds, and wetlands. West Virginia Code 21-11-2 requires that all Bidders desiring to perform contractual work in West Virginia must be duly licensed. All prospective Bidders shall be licensed prior to submitting their bid and shall include their contractors license number on their bid in accordance with the requirements of West Virginia Code 21-11-11. Digital addenda, if any, will be issued to only those whose names and addresses are on record as having obtained Bidding Documents. Questions will be received until March 31, 2022. Prevailing wages will not be required for this project. STTWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
