The Town of Salisbury is requesting quotes for the resurfacing of two existing tennis courts at Lions Park including repairing about 300' of cracks. The Town of Salisbury is requesting quotes for the resurfacing of two existing tennis courts at Lions Park. Quotations shall be based on the specifications provided. However, some deviations shall be accepted if it is in the best interest of the Town. All deviations should be called out in writing and explained in details with the specifications. b. All debris resulting from the work herein shall be removed from the roof and property and disposed of by the Contractor. c. Contractor must take all necessary precautions to protect the existing area from damages during repairs. All damages caused by the contractor or their employees shall be repaired at no cost to the Town. d. The Town of Salisbury reserves the right to reject any and all quotations if it is in the best interest of the Town. e. This contract will be awarded to the lowest priced responsible and responsive bidder. f. Submittal of at least 2 references from projects similar in scope and size is required g. All questions should be submitted to jroketenetz@salisburyma.gov by March 23rd 2022 h. Responses can be emailed to jroketenetz@salisburyma.gov
