This contract will provide Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services. This procurement is for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors only. The Illinois Tollway is seeking a vendor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for its chiller units at the Central Administration building located at 2700 Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove, Illinois 60515. The vendor shall be factory trained and certified due to the technology advances on the panel. The vendor shall submit proof of certification. If the certification is not supplied with the bid, it must be supplied within 5 days of the Tollways request. If this is not adhered to, the bid shall be deemed nonresponsive. Vendor shall provide seasonal start-up preparation and inspection, a minimum of two (2) operating inspections, and preventive maintenance, written report of findings, corrective actions, and recommendations following each visit. Tollway staff will complete the shutdown of the units. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of three (3) years. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. Subject to the maximum total term limitation, the Illinois Tollway has the option to renew for the following terms: two (2) years.
