Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope : The project is approximately 923 L.F. of 6-inch ductile iron pipe waterline. Contractor is fully responsible for making sure sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities by the closing date and time. Cleveland Utilities will maintain a plan holders list so that any addendums can be distributed in a timely manner. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Low bidder will be expected to order materials and begin construction as soon as possible. All questions should be directed to Brian Sells. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy.
