Site work for a mixed-use development in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Galt Gardens Play Space will consist of inclusive and accessible play equipment, rubber surfacing, plaza space, and park furniture. The project will be awarded under two separate contracts: 1) Play equipment and surfacing 2) Plaza, park furniture, irrigation, and associated surrounding work The selected contractor will complete construction of the plaza surrounding the play area. Project scope will include, but not be limited to: Site stripping Preparation of the play area prior to rubber surfacing and equipment installation Installation of a patterned concrete walkway around the play area Installation of bench seating, garbage and recycling receptacles Irrigation demolition, installation and remediation Collection of irrigation as-built data Relocation of existing picnic tables and a park light Any incidental work required to complete the project Documents can be obtained from https://lethbridge.bidsandtenders.ca/
