Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to caulk & waterproof the Law Enforcement Parking Deck located near the intersection of W Grand Avenue and 2nd Avenue at the Eau Claire County Government Center, 721 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire WI. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. If the vendor feels that further background or technical information is required contact Matt Theisen at 715- 839-4739. Project Begins - Flexible after May 15, 2022 Completion date - September 30, 2022 A bid bond is required. This bid bond can be a 5% certified check or a typical 5% bid bond from an insurance company. Certified checks will be returned after the award process. All projects estimated to cost over $50,000 will require a 100% Performance Bond be attained by the selected contractor. Eau Claire County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities in any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of Eau Claire County.
