Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
To replace feeders, panelboards and branch circuit devices and wiring in the A & B wings of Victoria Hall. Most of the feeders, panelboards and branch circuit devices and wiring are original to the building and are beyond their useful life. The Scope of Work, as specified in the design packages, involves replacing feeders, splitters, electrical floor panelboards, branch circuit devices such as receptacles, light switches, etc. and wiring on each floor. The scope also includes the replacement of receptacles in bathrooms and mechanical rooms with those with GFCI protection. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the electrical permit and any other permits required for this job. Place of work: Victoria Hall, 75 Bader Lane, Queen's University, Kingston ON
