Renovation of a municipal facility in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of interior improvements to the Naperville Park District’s North Maintenance Facility located at 219 South Mill Street, Naperville, IL 60540. The Interior Improvements project work consists of interior renovations to office, staff, and garage areas including modifications to the floor plan, new finishes, modifications to plumbing, mechanical, electrical and low voltage systems, and a new fire protection service. Also included is a new water service for domestic and fire protection with associated sidewalk and asphalt pavement replacement and landscape restoration.
