Proposals may be held by City for a period not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days after the date Proposals are opened for the purpose of reviewing the Proposals and investigating the qualifications of Proposers prior to awarding the Agreement. Except as provided in Section 34.09 of the Citys Code of Ordinance, the Proposer to whom the Agreement is awarded will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the sum of 100% of the Contract Price for the faithful performance of the contract.
