Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Canby, Oregon. The project scope consists of construction of a new 32,000 sf classroom addition, associated site development, renovation and/or replacement of existing systems and assemblies within existing building, and selective seismic upgrades. Scopes that are currently being bid: All scopes excluding MEPFS, Roofing, Abatement and Building Demo All files as listed in the "Items to Submit" section of the bidders checklist, are to be combined into ONE PDF file and submitted to bids@bremik.com before March 10th, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Milestone Dates: Job Walk (Non-Mandatory): March 9th, 2022 at 3:30PM - Meet in East Parking Lot off 4th Ave. Deadline for Bidder Questions: March 10th, 2022 at 2:00 PM Bids Due: March 24th, 2022 at 2:00 PM Notices of Intent to Award Distributed: Early-April 2022 Start of Phase I (Early Work) Construction: April 4th, 2022 Start of Phase II (Main Work) Construction: June 20th, 2022 Substantial Completion: Mid-August 2023
