Conversion of two tennis courts into six pickleball courts and the resurfacing of two tennis courts at Fair Road Park located at 1 Max Lockwood Drive, Statesboro GA 30458. Work shall commence within ten (10) calendar days and be completed within seven (7) calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. Any addenda to this solicitation will be issued through the purchasing office, and it will be the sole responsibility of the bidder to periodically check the Countys website for any addenda for this project. Failure to include a signed copy of any addenda issued for this project in the submitted package will result in the submitted bid not being considered for this project.
