Holidays and Breaks: Services will be suspended during the 2022-2023 school year during holidays and breaks as listed below. Dates during which service will be suspended during subsequent school years will be conveyed to the service provider once school calendars are established for future years. Service shall be suspended during the below listed dates while the locations are closed in observance of holidays and breaks during the 2022-2023 school year: Thanksgiving Holiday- November 21, 2022 through November 24, 2022 Christmas Holiday- December 20, 2022 through December 30, 2022 Spring Break- April 4, 2023 through April 7, 2023 Length of Service Agreement: This service agreement shall be for five (5) school years and will be in effect from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027. This agreement is not exclusive. Bulloch County Schools reserves the right to select other service providers to provide similar services described in this document. Bulloch County Schools reserves the right to alter the service schedule, increase or reduce services, and does not guarantee any minimum level of purchases or services. Questions and answers may be shared with other bidders. Termination of Agreement: Following thirty (30) days' written notice, either party may terminate this service agreement for any reason. Insurance Requirements: A current Certificate of Insurance must be provided demonstrating coverage satisfying the types of insurance, minimum limits, and requirements listed below: Workers Compensation: o $100,000 Each Accident o $100,000 Each Employee o $500,000 Aggregate Commercial General Liability: o $1,000,000 Each Occurrence o $2,000,000 General Aggregate o $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury o $2,000,000 Products and Completed Operation Additional insured: The contractor or vendor shall add "The Bulloch County School District and The Bulloch County Board of Education, and their respective officers, employees, and agents," as additional insureds under the commercial general liability policy. Each certificate shall contain a provision that coverage afforded under the policies will not be canceled or allowed to lapse until at least 30 days after the certificate holder listed on the certificate of insurance has received notice thereof as evidenced by return receipt of registered letter.
