Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Statesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The construction includes, but is not limited to, the following items: grading Complete, asphalt paving and graded aggregate base, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk (combination of concrete and concrete pavers), storm drainage pipe, striping and signage, landscaping and irrigation. Time allotted for completion of work is 300 calendar days, which includes 30 days for punch list work. All Bid Documents (including addenda, if issued) will be issued through the Procurement Office. All Request For Information (RFI) concerning the Bid no later than 5:00 PM on Friday May 20th, 2022. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond of five (5) percent of the amount bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Amount will be required at the time a contract is awarded. All bonds shall be secured from companies licensed to do business in the State of Georgia. All bidders must be prequalified or registered with GDOT. Bidders shall comply with all Federal and State of Georgia requirements pertaining to E-Verify. All bidders shall submit as part of their proposal, a signed E-Verify affidavit form containing their issued E-Verify documentation registration number. The City of Statesboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. Any/all addenda will be posted on the City of Statesboro website. It is the proposer's sole responsibility to ascertain that it has received all Addenda issued for this solicitation. All Addenda must be acknowledged and included in the proposal.
