Silver Creek Township Board of Supervisors to accept Quotes to Load and Haul 5,000-7,000 cubic yards (more or less) of Class 1 gravel on township roads from our designated pit within the township. A minimum of 6 (six) Belly dump trucks to be hauling per day is required. Penalties will be enforced if this requirement is not met. Hauler will provide loader, load and loader must have a scale to weigh material and is subject to spot checks at the townships discretion. A Certificate of Insurance stating a minimum coverage of $1.5 million dollars is to be submitted along with sealed quote. Job is to be completed on or before June 30, 2021. The Town Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the Township.
