Billing must be done separately for each Township. An individualized amount sheet is included in bid packet. A centralized stock yard may be authorized if contractor finds suitable location and makes proper arrangements with property owners. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by German Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
