Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Midvale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Midvale City is seeking a Contractor to provide the construction of various concrete replacement improvements, including, but not limited to the removal and replacement of sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway approaches, waterway, the removal and replacement of soft or deteriorated material under the existing improvements, and appurtenant work associated with the rehabilitation of various City roadways and streets throughout Midvale City. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete this work. The award will be for a five-year contract. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Security acceptable in form to Midvale City in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to Midvale City as a guaranty that, if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Agreement no later than ten days after the award is made on the Contract. All questions related to this Bid Package shall be submitted on U3P no later than April 5, 2022 at 5:00 p.m Midvale City, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves to itself without condition the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any Proposal deemed in the interest of the Owner.
