The McComb School District (MSD) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications through competitive bidding procedures from qualified entities to provide architectural/engineering design services. The Summit Elementary School Addition will include a gymnasium/multi-purpose space for meetings and assemblies, eight (8) classrooms with restrooms, nurse's station and storage space. Any questions related to this RFQ should be directed to Courtney Bershell, Director of Finance at bershellc@mccomb.k12.ms.us. No submitting potential vendor shall contact any representative from the MSD for purposes related to this proposal with the exception of the superintendent, Dr. Cederick Ellis, ellisc@mccomb.k12.ms.us, on or after the date of publication of this RFQ. Work is anticipated to begin on or soon after July 1, 2022 and tentatively completed by June 30, 2024. MSD reserves the right to waive any small informalities, to reject any and all proposals in part or in whole, and to evaluate the qualifications in the proposal that are most beneficial to the District. Issuance of this RFQ does not commit the MSD to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in preparation of an RFQ, or to procure related services or supplies.
