This project entails roof replacement and related work to the existing SMCC College Hall building located at 1035 Lakeside Drive, Summit, MS. Bidders who submit bids electronically in lieu of a physical bid, must submit their bid through the above portal via PDF format only. No other electronically transmitted bid will be acceptable. All questions regarding website registration, online orders or electronic bidding shall be directed to Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 75 days after the scheduled date of the opening thereof.
