Site work for a water / sewer project in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of March 21 2022, the project has been pulled. The work involves the placement of approximately 80 cubic yards of selected borrow excavation rock, R-3, approximately 340 cubic yards of selected borrow excavation, R-8 minimum and larger along with, erosion and sediment pollution control, Seeding and Soil Supplements, and 3 ton of mulch, work will be performed along the west embankment of the Lackawaxen River in Texas Township, Wayne County. Mobilization, staging, erosion and sedimentation control and compliance with emergency permits issued by the PA Department of Environmental Resources will be included in the project. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the Bidding. Bids may be held by the Commissioners for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidder, prior to the award of the contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
