2022 Labansky Subdivision Street & Utility Reconstruction Reedsburg, Wisconsin Sealed Bids for the construction of the following: 2022 Labansky Subdivision Street & Utility Reconstruction to include: The reconstruction of Labansky Road and the extension of water main (1,500 LF)and sewer main (1,350 LF) from S. Wengel Drive within Labansky Drive to S. Golf Course Road. The project includes grading, base course, asphalt pavement, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The City of Reedsburg reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. Dated this 10th and 17th day of March 2022.
