Project is located in the Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, WI on Prairieview Drive 0.04 south of the intersection with Herritz Road. This project involves removing the existing single span flat slab bridge and replacing the existing structure with a single-cell aluminum box culvert on Prairieview Drive in Sauk County. Project involves removing existing structure, excavation common, grading, base aggregate dense, asphaltic surface, aluminum box culvert, restoration, erosion control, traffic control, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown in the project plans and provisions. All bidders must be pre-qualified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the type and amount of work included in the contract or demonstrate qualifications to perform the work. In addition, the Bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of Bidder's qualifications to do business in the State of Wisconsin or covenant to obtain such qualifications prior to the award of the contract.
