Question Deadline: Wed Apr 6, 2022 4:30 PM (EDT) The purpose of the project is to determine the feasibility of installing a ceiling above the arena promenade at the Cornwall Civic Complex and estimate the resulting energy savings, payback period, and the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. Proposals will be accepted from Proponents who do not attend the site meeting. COVID-19 Protocols and City's Vaccination Policy As per COVID Vaccination Policy, Suppliers must show proof of being fully vaccinated or provide verification of a negative Rapid test. Failure to provide proof of vaccination or negative test result, will deny supplier's entry into the building. Doors will be open at 1:15 pm. Suppliers should consider attending early to allow for appropriate time to verify vaccination status before the start of the meeting. At all times while on City property, Proponents must adhere to all City facility and local health authority protocols (including prescreening) and procedures pertaining to Covid-19. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
