Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Blue Grass, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bids are invited for grading, concrete pavement, drainable base, aggregate shoulders, subdrain, storm sewer, riprap, seeding, and other miscellaneous improvements. The City Council will consider all bids received at its council meeting to be held at 7 p.m. on the 18th day of April, 2022, at the City Hall, Blue Grass, Iowa A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Blue Grass, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The City of Blue Grass reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Final completion of project must be attained by August 31, 2022.
