The intention of this Proposal is to secure a Contractor to maintain, but not limited to, the Heating, the Ventilation and the Air Conditioning components associated with the Town of Tolland owned public facilities excluding the Board of Education buildings. The work under this Contract includes the maintenance, repair and replacement of any and all associated equipment, components and appurtenances. Contractor shall have Geothermal experience. The timeframe for this Service Agreement is one calendar year with the possibility of a one or two year extension. Service Agreement will begin on April 4, 2022.
