Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Marshall, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,496-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

A brief description of the Project is as follows: An approximate 3,496 SF Pre-cast concrete FEMA that will be used as a dining area with restrooms. There will be spread footings with slab on grade that will be polished. Floors in bathrooms will be epoxy coated. The building will consist of a exposed pre-cast wall panels with a pre-cast roof. The pre-cast roof will be covered with a membrane roof and sheet metal trim. The interior walls will be metal stud framed with wood board or painted gyp-board. Plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems included. Concrete sidewalks and an exterior concrete dining area included. Enclosure of walkway between classrooms and cafeteria to be included with the Safe Room.
