Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Marshall, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the following: Build/construct an eighth mile trail Build/construct concrete handicap parking area and sidewalks Resurface 40'x70' concrete slab Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at the Searcy County District Courthouse, 100 Nome St, Marshall, AR 72650. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The CONTRACTOR will commence the work required by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS within 14 calendar days after the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED and will complete the same within 90 calendar days unless the period for completion is extended. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
