Searcy County, Arkansas, in partnership with the Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas is seeking requests for qualifications (RFQ) from licensed architects to provide the following services: Develop an elevation, floor plan, and cost estimates for the preliminary application phase for the Community Development Block Grant Program through the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for funding to renovate the Searcy County Senior & Activity Wellness Center located at 509 Zach Rd. Marshall, AR 72650. Provide architectural services and oversee construction for the project if the grant is awarded. The application deadline is October 2025. Payment will be made only through the grant if the application is successful. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance, capacity, and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and familiarity with the project area. The qualification receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process may be selected for negotiation of contract.
