Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Marshall, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

City of Marshall, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring the services of a licensed contractor forthe City of Marshall to complete the necessary work to repair/mitigate a landslide that occurred on Strawberry Hill Road that is endangering water lines for the City of Marshall. This project is funded by a state mitigation grant and will include the city completing some of the work on this project. Procedures for selection of acontractor will be in accordancewith County and State procurement requirements. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance, capability, costs and proximity. The City of Marshall will begin negotiationswith the respondent submitting the lowest price in the evaluation process. TheCity of Marshall, Arkansas is a Fair Housing City and an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Marshall reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals.
