As of August 18th, 2022, project has not been awarded. It is expected to be awarded sometime around the beginning of Otober. The Project will remove visible calcine material, stabilize associated creek and canyon slopes, and restore native habitat in six separate locations along Alamitos Creek and Deep Gulch within the Almaden Quicksilver County Park. The scope of work for the Project will include removal and disposal of calcines, stabilization of associated channel and canyon slopes, installation of engineered improvements including boulder revetments, log structures, log/boulder crib wall, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) retaining walls, boulder toe protection, trail drainage improvements, and restoration of disturbed areas with native vegetation and temporary irrigation Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the entire Work no later than 548 Days from the Commencement Date.
