Contractor shall be required to perform service repairs on the County's low voltage data systems at O'Connor Hospital located at 2105 Forest Ave, San Jose, CA 95128. The Work will consist of 330 Cat 6A plenum rated indoor cables inside an active hospital Laboratory. The Contractor will need to include raceway and surface mount for 15 of the locations. The Contractor will need to furnish and install up to (10) 48 port patch panels (110 style) with supporting rack peripherals for the new panels. The IDF room is 'Computer Room' 81-1435 in building 1981. Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) permit is required within the proposed scope of work. The Contractor must possess a C7 - Low Voltage Systems license issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
